1. Service Description

Geo Scorely ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), operating under the legal business name Geo Scorely, is an AI visibility intelligence platform that analyzes how websites and brands appear across AI-powered search engines and language models. The Service provides scoring, benchmarking, competitor analysis, and actionable recommendations to improve AI visibility.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Geo Scorely cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us at support@geoscorely.com within 30 days of your payment. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refund requests may also be submitted directly through Paddle's buyer portal.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Geo Scorely and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the content you submit to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geo Scorely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI visibility scores will result in specific business outcomes. Scores and recommendations are based on our proprietary methodology and are provided for informational purposes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data prior to account termination by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
